Shipping & Returns
All prints are made to order and are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email and another notification when your order has been shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Times (Australia)
We use Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Please allow for extra shipping time due to covid delays.
Standard Tracked: Free / 2-7 working days
Expedited Tracked: $15 / 1-2 working days
International Shipping Rates and Times
We offer free standard worldwide shipping! Express international shipping rates vary on destination and will be calculated at checkout. For estimated delivery times to NZ, UK, Europe, USA, Canada, please see below:

Please allow a few extra days for shipping to the rest of the world.
Please double check that you have entered the correct address. If your address was wrong, the delivery service will usually send the package back to us.
If the package is returned to us, then we’ll contact you and clarify your address before reshipping at your cost. However, packages are not always returned. In this case, we are unfortunately not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
Returns and Refunds
We can only accept returns or offer a refund if your print arrives damaged or is defective. In the rare case that this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the prints condition. We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so if there’s an issue, we’ll organise a replacement print or refund.
